A silver ring with a very large natural Cerrillos Turquoise stone. The Cerrillos, New Mexico mine is believed to be one of the oldest sources of turquoise in North America, in continuous use from prehistoric times. This is an unusually large natural stone from a mine which is now mined entirely by hand. The work of celebrated artist Joel Parajito, Kewa from Santa Domingo Pueblo, his silver stamps seen on the sides and back of the ring.
